We provide a diverse choice of AeroFun sports and leisure activities. When you use an AeroFun product, you agree to the terms, guidelines, and conditions that apply to that product.
You are communicating with us electronically when you utilize any AeroFun product or send e-mails to us. We’ll interact with you electronically by e-mail and SMS. You agree that, for contractual purposes, all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we send you electronically meet any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws require a different form of communication.
We will recommend features, products, and services that may be of interest to you as part of the AeroFun products, as well as detect your preferences and personalize your experience.
All text, graphics, logos, button icons, pictures, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations included in or made accessible via AeroFun and its compilation are the property of AeroFun and are protected by local and international copyright, authors’ rights, and database rights laws. Without our express written agreement, you may not extract and/or re-use parts of the content of any AeroFun product. Without our prior written agreement, you may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extracting techniques to extract (whether once or many times) any substantial parts of the content of any AeroFun products for re-use. You may not also construct and/or publish your own database containing significant portions of any AeroFun product (e.g., our prices and product listings) without our express written consent.
AeroFun trademarks include graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names that are incorporated in or made available through any AeroFun product. AeroFun’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not AeroFun’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits AeroFun.
Without our express written authorization, no AeroFun product, or any part of an AeroFun product, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. Without our express written consent, you may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary material (including images, text, page layout, or form) of AeroFun. Without our prior written agreement, you may not use any meta tags or other “hidden text” containing AeroFun’s names or trademarks.
The AeroFun items must not be misused. You may only use AeroFun items in accordance with the law.
We shall do everything possible to ensure that the AeroFun products are available at all times and that transmissions are
error-free to the best of our ability.
AeroFun products, policies, terms and conditions, including these terms and conditions of use, are subject to change at any time. When you use AeroFun products, you will be bound by the terms and conditions, policies, and terms and conditions of use in effect at the time. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that condition will be deemed severable and will have no bearing on the legality or enforceability of the other terms and conditions.
If you violate these terms & conditions and we do nothing, we will still be able to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you violate these terms and conditions.
We don’t have any products available for purchasing by children. Adults can purchase children’s items from us. If you are under the age of 21, you may only use AeroFun products with the permission of a parent or guardian.
