In most cases, items shipped from AeroFun.ae can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Some items come with their own set of policies or criteria.
If an item shipped from and sold by AeroFun is defective and covered by the manufacturer’s published warranty, AeroFun will either replace the item or refund the purchase price for the duration of the warranty period.
If you chose the self-shipping option, you must use a trackable method to return collectible items worth more than AED 150.
All product packaging (boxes, labels & so on) must be intact and returned with the item. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected, and refund shall not be processed.
Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
Original delivery fees are not returned for other reasons and return shipment prices will be deducted to cover return shipping. If you wish to cancel your order/item before it is shipped, go to cancel item or order.
If you want your item(s) picked up from a different address, you can only do so if pick-up service is offered at the new address, a charge of AED 10 will be paid by the customer as service charge.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code
All in-the-box accessories (if any) should be present.
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, free of
stains and not tampered with.
The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents,
tears, or holes.
The product’s original packaging should be undamaged.
If the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, please notify the seller within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date so that they can investigate.
