Once you refund an AeroFun product, it may take two to four days for it to reach us. Allow up to two business days for us to receive and process your refund once it arrives at our warehouse. It may take 5 to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement after it has been processed. Depending on the refund option you selected, your refund will be handled.
Most refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund timelines associated with each payment method are listed below

If a refund is to be issued for any products, the refund will be executed once the seller has received the returned product.
A refund will be granted in some circumstances where the seller is unable to process a replacement for whatever reason.
During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be granted a refund. Except for manufacturing flaws, no returns will be accepted once you have accepted an open box delivery.
